How it works: you’ll mail us their clothing

Place your order. Your confirmation email has our mailing address and your order number.
Mail the shirt (or two). Heavier fabrics hold up best: heavy cotton, flannel, fleece.
Write your order number on the outside of the box.
We sew your bear by hand and mail it back with a personalized postcard.

Note: unfortunately we can’t return unused clothing or fabric.

Step 03

Personalized postcard

Each bear ships with a postcard carrying our standard keepsake saying. Just tell us who it’s from.
